These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Believe Radar, operated by Believe Studio, doing business as Believe Studio (“Believe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account or using Believe Radar, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Believe Radar is a business intelligence platform designed to help consumer brands organize and understand retail, distribution, foodservice, hospitality, buyer, relationship, pipeline, and market information.
Radar may include shared commercial intelligence maintained by Believe as well as private information belonging to an individual customer workspace.
Radar is intended as a business decision-support tool. Information may change, become outdated, or be incomplete, and users remain responsible for independently evaluating business decisions.
Your organization’s private workspace may contain information including:
Private workspace information is not made available to other customer organizations except as described in these Terms or expressly authorized by you.
Believe Radar also contains shared commercial intelligence maintained by Believe, which may include:
Believe may research, verify, correct, combine, enrich, or update shared Network information.
Information appearing in the Believe Network does not necessarily indicate that a person or company has a relationship with or endorses Believe.
You retain ownership of information that belongs to your organization.
When you add business information to your private workspace, it remains private by default unless otherwise clearly indicated.
Believe may independently verify information concerning businesses, professional contacts, retailers, distributors, or other commercial entities and may add independently verified factual information to the shared Believe Network.
Believe will not identify your organization as the source of a shared Network record to other customers unless you authorize us to do so.
Private notes, strategy, pipeline activity, relationship context, confidential communications, and customer-specific commercial information will not be converted into shared Network information without appropriate authorization.
Believe works to maintain useful and current information, but Radar is not guaranteed to be complete, accurate, or current.
Labels such as “Verified,” “Likely Current,” “Needs Verification,” or similar indicators describe Believe’s internal confidence or verification process. They are not guarantees.
Users should independently confirm important information before relying on it for contracts, pricing, legal decisions, financial decisions, or other significant business commitments.
You may use Believe Radar for legitimate internal business purposes.
You may not:
Reasonable use of individual contacts and account intelligence for legitimate business development is permitted.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
Organization owners and administrators are responsible for managing access by their team members.
You must provide accurate account information and notify Believe if you suspect unauthorized access.
Certain users may receive private-beta, complimentary, Founding Member, contributor, or other special access.
Beta functionality may change, contain errors, or be modified or discontinued.
Believe may revoke beta access where reasonably necessary, including for security, abuse, misuse, or expiration of an applicable access period.
Unless otherwise stated, customer workspace information will not be automatically deleted merely because access ends.
Paid plans may include monthly or annual subscriptions.
Current contemplated pricing includes:
Radar Pro: $298/month or $2,980/year
Founding Member: $198/month while continuously subscribed under the applicable Founding Member offer
Final billing terms presented at checkout will control.
No user will be charged until billing is activated and the user affirmatively authorizes a paid subscription.
Promotional, beta, client, contributor, or complimentary access may have separate eligibility requirements or expiration dates.
Once paid subscriptions are enabled, users may cancel according to the cancellation terms presented with their subscription.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges but generally does not create a refund for amounts already paid except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
Believe Radar, including its software, design, structure, branding, proprietary intelligence systems, curated Network, and original content, belongs to Believe or its licensors.
These Terms provide a limited right to use Radar. They do not transfer ownership of Believe intellectual property.
Radar may rely on third-party services for authentication, hosting, billing, email, analytics, AI functionality, or other infrastructure.
Believe is not responsible for outages or actions of third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Radar may use automated systems or artificial intelligence to organize, summarize, recommend, categorize, or interpret information.
AI-generated suggestions, recommendations, inferred categories, and suggested next actions should be treated as decision-support information, not verified fact unless clearly identified as verified.
Believe does not guarantee that AI-generated output will be correct or appropriate for every business situation.
Believe Radar does not guarantee retailer acceptance, buyer responses, distribution, sales, revenue, investment, placement, or any other commercial outcome.
Business decisions remain the responsibility of the user.
Believe may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, misuse of the platform, security threats, fraudulent activity, or nonpayment once paid billing is active.
Where reasonable, Believe will attempt to provide notice.
Radar is provided on an “as available” basis.
To the extent permitted by law, Believe disclaims warranties that Radar will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for every particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Believe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of Radar.
Believe’s aggregate liability relating to Radar will not exceed the amount paid by the applicable customer to Believe for Radar during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law does not permit such limitation.
We may update these Terms as Radar evolves.
Material updates will be communicated through Radar, email, or another reasonable method.
Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
